Struggling with mom guilt is one of the hardest obstacles we as moms have to go through. We tend to put unnecessary pressure on ourselves to be who we think others think we should be.

 

In this episode we talk about our own struggles with mom guilt, how sometimes we need to just let ourselves feel the way we feel, and know that it’s okay to feel that way. We don’t have to go through this alone.
